Encoded data
Foreground Color
Color the three corner squares separately from the body.
Background Color
PNG and SVG downloads will have no background. Place the code on a light surface so it stays scannable.
Or use:
Extra empty space between the logo and the code’s dots, in modules (one dot = one module).
Higher recovery makes the code denser but more damage-tolerant.
Before you print
- Test it first with at least two different phones, from the actual printout.
- It can’t be changed later. This is a static code: what you encode is permanent, and it never expires.
- Size: at least 2 × 2 cm. For scanning from a distance, make it about a tenth of the distance (1 m away → 10 cm).
- Keep the white border around the code — scanners need that quiet space.
- Dark code on a light background. Avoid glossy or reflective surfaces and busy backgrounds.
- SVG for print, PNG for screens. SVG stays sharp at any size.
- No scan tracking. Static codes can’t count scans — add a tag like ?utm_source=qr to links to measure visits.
